WHEREAS, The City of Saint Pau1, through its Commissioner of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, has entered into an A.greement
with Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc. , Council File
No. 244909,. to perform engineering services for various pro�ects; and
WHEREAS, Said Agreement provides that such work shall be performed
as is requested in writing from time to time by said Commissioner of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, and
WHEREAS, The financing source of these various projects was
initially approved per Council File No. 245391, dated August 26, 1969;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the Citq of Saint
Paul does hereby amend Council File No. 245391 as follaws:
That the costs to be charged to the Permanent Improvement Revolving
Fund No. 6000, Contract No. L-7216, are to be reimbnrsed from Capital
Improvement Bond Funds 9769-460 and 9770-460.
