RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Worka be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city oflicials are hexeby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

7he Commissioner of Public Works� having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 247380 approved
i� Feb. lOth. 19 70 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both
sides of E. Sidney St. from Livingston Ave. to So. Robert St. and by doinA
all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
