To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Coaanissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 247382 approved
Feb. lOth. 19 70 relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk and replace
with integral curb and sidewalk on the south side of Grand Ave from CambridQe
St. to the west approximately 102 ft. and by doin� all other work which is
necessary and incidental to complete said improve�nt.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk �
