RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Comnittee, for furnishing and delivering OIL AND NSF MIX to the City of Saint
Paul, Water Department, Saint Paul, Minnesota to PENNIG ASPHALT COMPANY for
the price of $12,205.00, in accordance with bid specifications and Formal Bid
�4049, such bid being the lowest, and said Pennig Asphalt Company being a
responsible bidder.
