Once each montli, Contractor shall invoice �City for Allowable Costs % • incurred for the preceding calendar montli, �aith cumulative. costs incurred to � date, in such reasonable detail as may be required to support City in�its subse- quent invoicin� under the Prine Contract, and such invoices shall be paid promptly by the Ci.ty after its appropriate re�iew and approval, without predudice to the righL of HUll to review and approve or disapprove such cost claims by Contractor, as �rovided in the Prime Contract. Unless otherwise restricted by the ter.ms of the Prime Contract, each such invoice shall include a proportionate amount of fee, computed at ei�ht per cent (8%) of allo�aable costs, until eighty-five percent (85%) of said fee shall have been invoiced. The remaining fifteen per cent (15%) of. fee, tlzeretofore reserved, shall be included in Contractor`s final invoice under this subcontract.
