Change paragraph numbered "P-18.2" to "P-18.3".
� Add the following paragraph after paragraph P-18.1 :
' "P-18.2 7respassing onto the Maxson property shall be prevented at
all times when construction work is not in progress. Previous to
the time when the east sidewalk grade is raised, this may be carried
out by erecting a temporary security fence between the existing chain
link fence and the corner of the Maxson building at approximately
Statlon 14 + 50. The existing east fence, south of Station 14 + 50 may
be used for this temporary fence. All costs for protecting and
preventing trespassing on Maxson property shall be considered as
incidental to other items, and no further payments will be made."

A-23.1 Attention of the Contractor is called to Specification 1 .08
� of the City Specifications and special attention is called to
City Ordinance No. 13706 now incorporated in and made a part
of the St. Paul Legislative Code, aPproved September 6, 1g67,
being an ordina�ce prohibiting discrimination in employment.
A-23.2 Ordinance No. 14424, Cou�cil File No. 247565, approved March
11 , 1970, being an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 13706,
will be incorporated in and made a part of the St. Paul
Legislative Code, effective Apr11 i4, 1970.

No. B 501 .
