The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improveme�t
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. - - . : -- ..-<-=-
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Waseca �t. f`rc� Steve�a �t. to George
St. and by doing all other-work which is necessary a�d ineidental to complete said �
improvement� except where good and suffi¢ient poured sidewalks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 3.80 per 1in. ft. for 5' walk
� 4.60 per lin, f`t. �or 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �.i:h.�, day of
Mav, lq'(0 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance �ive notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total �ost thereof as estimated.
