The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th�e Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same'is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement �
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement'which the Council recommenda is
to reconsti-fzct the sidewa,].k on both �ides of Hall Ave. fro� Stever�s �t. to �eorge St.
and b3r doing all other work which is;necessary and inci�ental to ccrmplete said
improvement� except vrMere good and s�fPi��ent poured sidexalk�a ncrw exiat.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cast thereof is $ 3.80 per lin. t`t. for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 5� day of
May, 1Q70 , at the hour'of 10 o'clack A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and Gity Hall Building in the City of St. Fau1. That the-Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as eatimated.
