The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be �roceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement'which the Council recommends is
to reeo�struct the sidevralk on both sides of Fairview Ave, fram Ashland Ave. to
Laurel Ave, and by doing all other work wl�ich is necessary and incidental to
ca�.plete said inlprrnremer�t.� except where good and sufficien-� poured sidewa�lks
now exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th. day of

; said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the �h�rter, stating the�ime and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
