The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council reeommenda is
to recons�ruct the sidewalk and replace with inte�al curb- and s3.dexalk on the
north side of University Ave. from Asbury St, irn Simpsoa St. and by doing all
other work whi�h_i� necessary and incidental to �aanplete sa'id i.mprovement� exeept
w�here good and suf'fi.cient poured sidewalks no�t exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cast thereof is $ 3.80 per lin. t`t, for 5' walk
$ 4.60 per lin. ft. �'or 6' Walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 5th day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the:Ghaxter, stating the time and place of
