RESOLVED, that an extra in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty Two
and 82/100 Dollars ($262. 82) be allowed under Contract L-7180 between
the City of Saint Paul and. the Lovering Construction Company, said contract
for the Construction of Concord Terrace Multi-Service Center, and said
extra to cover changing the wa11 at the stairs from a raked to a square for
more bearing, said change having been reg,uested by the Commissioner of
Parks, Recreation and. Public Build.ings, and agreement made with the
contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement having been filed. with
the Comptroller and. countersigned, by him. Charge to PIR. 6000-603 to be
reimbursed from Fed.eral HUD fund.s. Job #69-3.
