Gentlemen:
Currertly the Fourth District, V. F. W.� Department
of r;i.nnesota at 1058 Univer�ity �venue (Second Floor), are
holders of License No. 3304, expiring July 11, 1970, permitting
them to conduct bingo �a.nes once a week for 26 periods, from
January 3� 1970 to July 11, 1970, excepting i�oly Saturday,
(March 28th� and July 4th.
Application is made b3� the organization to eliminate
these two (2) excepti ons so that they can conduct such games
consecutively for 26 weeks w'r.ich will place the expir�tion of
said license two weeks earlier, or June 27, 1970.
Therefore, the follotaing two amendments are ma.de to
this license.
l. �,liminate the t��ro (2� exceptions, Holy Saturday
and July 4th.
Q. Amend the expiration date from 7-11-70 to 6-27-70.
Attached is a copy of their letter of application for
these chan�es.
