WHTRFAS, the City Council cancelled and suspended those public
hearings which were scheduled to be heard beginning with the week of
April 7 through April 17, 1970, per C.F. 248001, approved March 24, 1970,
due to the recent work stoppage by the Postal Employees, and
WHEREAS, the Post Office Department has given their assurance that
the mail is back to a normal delivery schedule; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Finance Department be authorized and
directed to proceed with the rescheduling of public hearings as follows:
Those hearings originally set for the week of April 5, 1970 are hereby
rescheduled for the week of April 12, 1970, and those hearings �t for
the week of April 12, 1970 are hereby rescheduled for the week of
April 19, 1970. Notices of the rescheduled hearing dates are to be
mailed to all affected property owners.
