WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from March 7, 1970
to March 20, 1970: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper cityo ufficers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6446 and No. 3250.
