WHEREAS, Ordinaace No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment for overtime work, and
W1iEREAS, the Ccmmissioner of Public Utilities has
suthorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period frc� March 7, 1970 to March 20,1970: theref ore be it
RBSOLVED, that the proper Citq officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work in
accordance with the provisions �f �rdinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
