WHBRF,AS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the CHATSWORTH-OXFORD STORM SEWER, Comptroller�s Contract L-7307,
City �roject No. 70-S-1398B, Armor-Co�t Compar+y; Inc., Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and
WHBRSAS� It has been found necessary to make the following Additions because
permanent street repsirs were made in treneh areas at the request of the Design
Department instead of the temporarq repair called for in the contract at the
following negotiated prices
ADDITIONS
Main sewer trench area 2201 sq. yd. @ $1.40 = $3081.40
Water service renewal trench area 425 sq. yd. @ $1.52 = $ 646.00

WHEREAS, The total addition is $3727.40, and the Co�amissiofler of Fublic Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amc�unt of $3727.40 is the correct su� to
be added to said contract, therefore be it •
RESOLVED, That the City of St. gaul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions �aade in accordance with the Specifications �in the sum of
$3727.40, said amount to be added to th� lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-7307, and which amount is to be
financed from 1970 Urban Renewal Bond funds.
