WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHERBAS, the C1erk of Municipal Court has a�tharized
overtime work in his department during the period from
Nodember 14, 1970 to November �7, 1970, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such o�ertime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and No. 3250.
