WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has entered a grant agreement
with the Minnesota Governors Commission on Crime Control and
Prevention for a "Program Action for Citizens of the East Side"
(P.A.C.E.) to be funded under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe
Act of 1968, a� be it
RESOLVED, That a special revenue fund be established for
the purpose of ma.king all disbursements on this program and to
deposit all receipts pertaining thereto, and further be it
RESOLVED, That this fund shall be known as the "Program
Action for Citizens of the East Side (P.A.C.E.) Fund" and
further be it
RES�VED, That the City Comptroller shall assign a fund
number�
