WHEREAS, the final costs for the construction of the Forest Street
Storm Relief Sewer Co�ptroller�s Contract L-7071 , have been determined and,
WHEREAS, upon final allocation of funds fraa wMich the above improve-
ment was to be paid, it was found that the aa+ount originally set up for its
financing is insufficient to meet the final costs and that an additional
amount of $607.b3 Nill be required, therefore be it,
