Robert J. & Mary M. Bowlin, Edw. T. & Florence Bowlin, Betty Lassen
-and said owners h�.ve failed t� secure the same against entry by unauthorized
' persoxis in violation o.f 5ection 1920 18 of the Saint Paul Legislative Codc, and
said vacant and open buildings have been found and. determined by the Council
oi the City of Saint Paul to constitute a rnenace to the public health, welfare
and s afety and a public nuis ance whic�i iLZUSt be irrlmediately abated to prevent
loss of life or propert�r; no�v, therefore be it
RESOL�I'ED, that the City Architect is autnorized and d.irected to
ii7im.ec:iiately"secure said buildings by the use of contract labo�• under Contract
No. 7358 pendin� proceedings under the Hazardous Buildings Act; and be it
I'URTHER RESOT�VED, that the expense of securing such �buildi��gs be
paid frorxi I'und No. 0979-269, Sumniary Abatement, and that the Corpor�tion
Counsel be directed to talce appropriate action to reimburse said fund by
action against the owner of said property. Estimate.d cost: $249.48.
