WHEREAS, Secti.on 361 of the legislative code requires applications
for Christmas tree licenses to be filed prior to November 1 of each
year; and
WHEREAS, the hereinafter-narned applicant was negotiating but not
in possession of a lease at the hereinafter-stated property on Novem-
ber 1; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the city clerk is authorized to accept the applica-
tion of Dennis P. Flemino for a Christmas tree license at
�38� University Avenue.
