WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by
its Resolution, Council File No. 251005, approved October 30,
1970, authorized and directed the proper city officials to
prepare _and publish advertisement for bids for the City' s
health and welfare insurance program; and
WHEREAS, the advertisement for bids sent to prospective
bidders set the bid opening date of November 23, 1970, at 2 :00
P.M. ; and
Wf�REAS, it is necessary to postpone the date for bid
opening to a later date ,
Now, Therefore , be it
RESOLVED� That the proper City officials are authorized
and directed to prep are and publish the required addendum to
the advertisement for bids notifying the prospective bidders
that the bid opening date will be postponed until December 23�
1970, at 2 :00 P.M.
