In the Matter of improving WABASS AVENtTE from Cromwell Avenne to Cleveland Ave-
nue (City Project P0514) as follan�s: widen, grade and pave; construct curb; con-
struct street and drivewaq retnrns; construct storm water drainage facilitiea;
constreiet sewer, water and gas serviee connections; eonstruct concrete walk on the
south side of Wabash Avenue from Dandalia Avenue to Cleveland Avenue; and do all
other work which is necessary and incidental tc complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 249643 approvecl Tuig 8� 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and haeing considered said report, hereby reaolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted,�and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the CounciY recommends is
to improve WABA3H AVBNUE froa Cromwell Avenue to Cleveland Avenue (Citq Project
P0514) aa �ollows: widen, grade and pane; construct ctirb; eonsCruct etreet and
driveway returna; construct storm �ater drainage faeilities; coastruct sev�r, water
and gas service connections; construct concrete walk on the south side of Wabash Ave-
nue from Vandalia Avenue to Cleveland Avenue; and do all other �work whi�h is necesaary
and incidental to complete said improvement,
. with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 326,500.00
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on'the l�tih day of
Dece�ber, 19Z0 , at the hour of 10 dciock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Caurt
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. PauL That the Commissioner of Finance give notice;of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the na�ire of the improvement and the total cast thereof a� estimated,
