DATE: November 16, 1970
Edwin P. Tague, an employee of the Public Works Department,
sprained his right foot on October 9 , 1970, while getting out of a
du.mp truck at work. He lost five days from work and returned on
October 19 , 1970. This resolution pays him for two days of that
time loss .
