WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, pursuant to Chapter 1139, Session
Laws of 1969, did provide for reimbursement to local governmental
agencies of certain expense incurred by them in training recruits to
comply with Minnesota Statutory provisions; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul has ma.de application for certain of
these funds; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that a special revenue fund be created to be known as the
"Police Training Fund" in which shall be deposited all funds received
pursuant to the above statute and from which all disbursements shall be
made; and further be it
RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller shall assign a fund number.
