Onen, widen, and extend LARPENTEUR AVENUE (City Project No. P-OSS1R)
by conderaning and taking for street purposes that tract and parcel of land
as shown on drawing no. 3008, drawer 4, on file in the Department of �
Public Works and described as follows: �
That part of the north 30 feet of the northeast quarter of Sectim �
20, Township 29N. , Range 22W. , lying southeasterly of the southeasterly -
line of Parkway Drive and southwesterly of a line 63 feet southwestezly
of and parallel with the extended southwesterly line of Lot 7, Block 1,
Van Houten's Plat.
Also condemn and take easements in the land necessary for slopes,
cuts, and fills, (as shown on said drawing no. 3008) including right
of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, F �
� occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the
