Allen while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of in-
juries he received on August 28, 1970, while employed by the
Department of Public Works, and that $42.00 in final settlement,
to and including September �'7, 1970, is now'due and payable.

DATE: November 9, 1970
Charles Allen, an employee of the Public Works Department,
injured his back at work on August 28 , 1970. He was off work,
under orders from his doctor, until September 8 , 1970. This
resolution pays him for three days ' time loss due to injury.
