WHEREAS, in connection with an appeal of an award of damages for
property described as Lots 12 thru 17, Block 4, Second Addition to Brooklynd
the award was increased from $4,650.00 to $6,g00.00 plus accrued interest and
appraisal fees to a total of $11 ,230.70 now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the increase in the award of damages from $4,650.00 to
$6,900.00 plus accrued interest and appraisal fees of $4,330.70 or a total
increase in costs of $6,580.70 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 6000, Comptroller's Contract �-6215-2 and this same
fund to be reimbursed from the Flood Control Bond Fund 7230.
