� WHEREAS, the Board of Water Co�issi ners o the City of
Saint Paul has authorized the Corporation Counsel to take all
necessary and proper legal action to protect the City's water
supply and to prevent the location of a new airport at the
proposed Ham Lake site,
NOW, THERSFORB BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
of St. Paul does hereby concur in the action taken by its Water
Board and the Council does hereby suthorize and direct the
Corporation Counsel to take all neces�ary and proper legal action
on behalf of tl�e City of St. Paul to protect its water supply and
to pre�ent �he location of a new airport at the proposed Ham La.ke
�ite.
