COMMISSIONE
WHERE�LS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul is informed by
the City Architect that the vacant and open buildings located at:
570 Iglehart
-in the City of Saint Paul are a proximate hazard to the public health,
welfare and s afety; and
WHERE.AS, the last knowxi record owners of s aid property are:
A1 Michalski
-and said o�mers have failed to secure the same against entry by unauthorized
persons in violation of Section 192� 1$ of the 5aint Paul Legislative Code, and
said vacant azzd open buildings have been found and. determined by tY?e Council
of the City of Saint Paul to constitute a menace to the public health, wel.£are
and safety and a public nuisance which must be immediately abated �o prevent
loss of li£e or property; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Architect is authoi•ized and directed to
immediatel.y secure said buildings by the use of cont.ract labor under Contract
No. 7358 pending proceedings under the Hazardous Buildings Act; and be it
F'URTHER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing such buildings be
paid from Fund No. 0979-269, Summary Abatement, and t.hat the Coxporation
Counsel be directed to take appropriate action t� reimburse said £und by
action against the owner of said property. Estimated. Cost: $47. 52.
