In CF# 02-1070 on Novembar 13, 2002, Council Established Guidelines and a Spending Plan for the City's Tenant RemedyAcuons Initiarive for 2002. Code Enforcement now needs to establish Spending Authority, under the same Guide- lines, foz 2003. � � ITAGES IF APPROVED - - " � � 1'he City'will benefit from improved housing, fewer people displaced because of condemna6o� ��� ���,q�yn ���a �., � ���� "Cfieie `w'iff � mazg`mal cosis incurred by the City Attorney associated with the prosecution of tenant remedy actions. However, there has t a City Attomey assigned to work with the Office of Neighborhood Housing and Properiy Improvement to handle these and other cases. In The Ciry will forego these efforts to u�rove its housing stock, prevent ffie displacement of residents because of condex�mations and have to retum the grant from the Family Housing Fund.
