Saint Paul, and pursu,ant to Ordinance No. 6446, as amended,
of said City, public notice is hereby given tha.t the Council ha.s
set a hearing on April 22, 1970 , at its regular
meeting on said date, for the purpose of considering a revision
of the salaries of certain titles in Group A of Section II of
