Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
' material, machines, tools and equipment for copstructing, repairing or
" reconstructing such monolithic concrete sidewalks and other work incidental
thereto, within SIDEWALK DISTRICT N0. 1, as may be ordered by the Council
for the current year prior to December 15, 1970, except such work as the
Council may order to be done by Citq Force Account, for the Department of
Public Works, under Contract No. 70-M-500, to PEDBRSON BROS. CEMENT
CO�TTRACTORS, INC. for the contract price of $180,482.00 (Plus-Val. �
Assess. Serv. - $3,609.64, Engineering and Inspection 167, - $28,877.12,
Tests $200.00) in accordance with the plans and specifications �nd Farmal
Bid �3998 0€ said Pederson Bros. Cement Contract�rs, Inc, such bid be�.ng the
lowest and said Federson Bros. Cement Contractors, Inc. being a reasonable
and reliable bid�der and the Corpora�ion Counsel be and hereby is direeted to
draft the proper form of Contract therefor and proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contiract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
