Thuswemusthiretempemployeestofufilltheneedduring thepeak demand ofsut7unerconstruction. Ihave attached aresolutionauthorizingthetemporaryemployee expenditure. The anticipated work load dictates that three temporaries be hired to assist in conshuction inspection and that these temporaries be hired to assist in survey. Two ofthe three temps we expect to hsre in survey are repeats from last year that are experienced and will work out extremelywell. The other four temps (one for survey, three for inspecrion) are not yet detemuned. In past years, we haue pursued Civil Engineering or Civil Tech students because they have the educational background for the work.
