RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepaxe plans and specifica.tions for sa,id improv�ement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city aflicials axe hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordauce therewith.

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Pnbli.c Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No, 247235 approved
Jan. 29th. 19�� relative to reconstructing the sidewalk oa the aouth
side of Lincoln Ave. from 0$ford St. to Lexiagton Parkway and oa the north side
of Lincoln Ave. from Oxford St. to Lexington Parkway abuttiag Lot 17, Block 38,
Summit Park Additioa ONLY, and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reportss
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk. }
