Resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper
City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort liability fund, 09080-
0511, to USAA Insurance, as subrogee of Michelle Lea Olson, the sum of seven thousand,
five hundred forty-eight dollars and sixty cents ($7,548.60) in full settlement of their
subrogation claim for damages sustained as a result of an accident with a City of Saint Paul
Police officer on October 14, 2002 at or neaz the intersec6on of West 7`" Street and Michigan
Avenue in Saint Paul MN.

For the sole consideration of seven thousand five hundred forty eight doflars
and sixty cents (57,548.60), the receipt and suffiiciency whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges the City of
Saint Paul, the Saint Paul Potice Department, Christopher Hoyt, their heirs,
executors, administrators, agents, and assigns, and all other persons, firms or
corporations liable, or who might be liable, none of whom admit any liability, from
any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any
kind or nature whatsoever, to property which has resulted, or may develop in the
future from an incident which occurred on or a6out the 14`" day of October, 2UO2,
at or near, the intersection of West 7`" Street and Michigan Avenue, Saint Paul,
MN.
The undersigned hereby declares that the terms of this settlement are fully
understood and voluntarily accepted for the purpose of making a full and final
compromise adjustment and settlement of any and all claims, disputed or
otherwise, on account of the property damage mentioned above.
I hereby state that I have read this release, know the contents thereof, and
