Harris for certain work as a Social Planner for the St. Paul Model Cities Program. This amount represents payment for his work prior to passage ot Councii Resolution #247874, dated March 13, 1970. Mr. Harris worked for us for twelve days ( t2) during that period. Speci- ficaily, he worked on the following dates: February 18, �9, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, March 9, 10, II , 12. This employment was authorized by me as Director and by resolution of the MNPC. Mr. Harris is now carried on our payroll as a regular full- time employee.
