� Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern

� maintain underground and aerial plant with associated laterals to
intersecting streets and alleys on vacated Moses Street between
West Water Street and the flood dike.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of Public
Works. The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication hereto.
