incidental thereto� also the placing of a pipe railing of black iron
pipe with prine coat snd field coat; post to be 4" square tube, 5"
square sle�ves to set in concrete with cast iron cap welded to top post,
pc�st on 10� centers 2 ��b�rs 2" pipe ra�iling, no egposed splice�, ta�k
welded at post, no ccintinuons welding ar grainding.

foregoing mdditions made in accordance with the Specifications in the su� of
'n $4,SDO.mO, said a�ount to be added to the lump sum consideration naned in the
contract, known as Coeptroller�s Contract L-7�86, and which a�unt is to be
� financed fro� 1970 Mnnicipal State Aid Fund, 64-166-05.
