WHEREAS, Deductions and Additions which might prove to be necessary in
the Improvement described as Construction of Concrete Curb and Concrete
Curb and Gutter on ARUNDEL STREET from the south line of Lot 20, Soderberg's
Addition to Maryland Avenue, North Side of IDAHO AVENUE from Flandrau Street
to White Bear Avenue, IOWA AVENUE from Chatsworth Street to Milton Street
and the East Side of MAYWOOD STREET from lowa Avenue to California Avenue,
Comptroller's Contract L-7283, City Project Nos. 70-C-503,500,501 , and 497,
Area Cement Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications,

WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the foilowing Deductions
and Additions:
