RESOLVED, That the Carmissioners of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings, and Public Works are hereby authorized to issue a permit to the Greater St. Paul tlnited Fund and Council inc. , for the said proposed use of said dedicated right- of-way upon and sub,ject to the following provisions, terms and conditions: i . That said permittee shall not proceed to use said right-of-way or be issued a permit unless and until said permittee shall procure and furnish to said City public liability insurance covering itself and including the City of Satnt Paul as co-insured agafnst any liability on account of injury to person or property aristng out of or resulting from the use of said rtght-of-way in an amount of $100,000.00 for each individual who may suffer personal injury and $300,000.00 on account of persona) injury resulting from any one accident and affecting more than one person, and in the amount of $1-00,000.00 because of injury or damage to property on account of any one accid�nt, such i�surance coverage to b� evidenced by policies of insurance approved by the Corporation Counsel. 6. The pe�mittee shall notify the Superintendent of parks and the Department of Pubiic Works Traffic Engineer in advance, in the matter of exact starting and completion dates of installation and removing of said symbolic thermometers and framing. � 7. That said permittee shall file its written acceptance of this resolution � a�d of all the provisions, terms and conditions of the same with the � City Clerk_and shall submit to the Corporation Counsel for his approvai , the aforesaid bond and iASUrance coverages whtch shall thereafter be filed with the Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul , not tater than October 1 , 1970, and in the event of its failure to do so, the permisslon and authority hereby graated shall lapse.
