RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be authorized to rent from
the XEROX CORPORATION for the various City Departments and Bureaus
copying machines at their lowest rental rates called Plan C which is �
the same cost as extended to the largest users of this equipment under
the provisions of the City Charter Section 290 relating to the purchase
of patented items without competitive bids or advertising.
