KANE, INDIVIDUALLY .AND AS HUSBAND AND WIFE, AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL� THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the PIR Fund Code 6000, Comptroller' s Contract No. L-7295, to be reimbursed from assessments from benefited property, to Richard D. Kane and Marie E. Kane, individually and as husband and wife, the sum of �1,050.00, in full settlement of their claim for damages sustained on or about July 1, 1970 through July 15, 1970, as more particularly set out in a communication to the City Council on August 7, 1970. Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimants upon their execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid. Section 3.
