RESOLVED:
That the City Council hereby grant permission to
the University of Minnesota to hold its annual Pep Fest
Rally for the coming Golden Gophers football season, on
Thursday, September 24th, 1970.
�he 240 member band will leave Smith Park at
11:30 a.m. marching in the street west on Sixth Street
to Cedar, south on Cedar to Fifth, east on Fifth to Minne-
sota, and sou.th on Minnesota to the Minnesota Federal Plaza
at the corner of Minnesota and Fourth.
