WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul has obtained a grant from the
Governor's Commission on Crime Control and Prevention under the Omnibus
Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 for the purpose of entering
into an agreement with Big Brothers of Greater St. Paul, inc., and
WHEREAS, Big Brothers is to conduct a juvenile delinquency preventive
program for depressed areas and minority groups of fatherless boys 8 to
1� years of age; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That a Special Revenue Fund be established to be
known as the Juvenile Delinquency Preventive Program. All receipts under
the above grant shall be deposited to this account, and all disbursements
under said grant shall be made from this �und; and
be it further resolved, That the City Comptroller shall assign the
account number to this fund.
