RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Contract
Committee and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for and incidental to the Construction of
the Tennis Courts, Stairway and Sodding work at Merriam Park for the Department
of Parks and Secreation and Public Buildings to Westlund Construction Companq
for the contract price of $36,336.00 in accordance with the plans and
specifications and Formal Bid No. 4252 of said Westlund Construction Companq,
such bid being the lowest and the Corporation Counsel be and is herebq
directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper Citq
officials herebq are suthorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint �aul.
