Willius Streets, more particularly described as follows:
The North 60 feet of Blocks 48, 49 and 50,
Kittsons Addition to Saint Paul, and the
adjoining portions of vacated Lafayette Road
and Willius Street. Also, that part of
vacated 5th Street lying between the West
line of vacated Lafayette Road and the West
line of vacated Neill Street;
all in accordance with plans dated Received August 20, 1970; subject
to the condition that said applicant-permittee, and its successors
and assigns, shall make due compliance with all applicable provisions
of municipal ordinances, state statutes and rules and regulations
of public authorities having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of the Toni
Company for a permit to install and operate a 182-car employee
parking lot on property located on the south side of East Fifth
Street between John and Willius Streets, and noted in detail by
the legal description on file.
This matter was considered at the August 20, 1970, Board
of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the site of
approximately 73,000 square feet is located underneath the
Lafayette Street Bridge east of the downtown area. Revised
plans received August 20, 1970, meet required design standards
and the recommendations of the staff and Traffic Engineer.
After some discussion, it was moved to recommend approval
of this application with the understanding that Mr. Ewy,
representative of the applicant, consider some landscaping of
the site.
Subsequently, the Board of Zoning voted 5-0 to recommend
approval.

Upon a question by Mr, Gadler, representative for the applicane, xe�th swy,
said the cost of the parking lot would be $150 per stali, Mr. Gadler asked
abo�.t landscaping, and Mrv Lwy said there is alresdy a baulevard across fram
th� entrance to the new bu.ildin.g arad there will be aome trees.
Mr. Doody moved for approval of �he applica�ion, which was seconded by
Mr. Maietta, and carried unanimvasly. It was suggested by Mr, Gadler thaC
