Beginning at a point on the south line of Rose Ave. as opened by C.F. .
207351 , 270.69 feet westerly from the westerly line of Maryland Heights;
thence westerly on the south line of Rose Ave. , a distance of 57.46 feet
to the angle point on the south line of Rose Ave, as opened; thence southw�sterly ,
on the south line of Rose Ave, a distance of 57.46 feet; thence northeasterly
on a curve to the right having a central angte of 24°17' and `a radius of 267
feet a distance of 113.07' to the point of beginning. � '�

the north line of Rose Ave. as opened; thence northeasteriy on the north line
of Rose Ave, a distance of 57.46 feet; thence sor�thwesterly on a curve to the
right having a central angle of 24°17' and a radius of 267 feet a distance of
113.07' to the point of beginning.
Also open, widen and extend Rose Ave. at Prosperity Ave. by taking and
condemning that parcei of land in the N� of NW�, Section 27, Township 29,
Range 22, described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the easterly ltne of Prosperity �
Ave. and the north line of Rose Ave as opened by C.F. 207351 ; thence northeasterly
a distance of 28.45 feet along the easterly li�e of Prosperity Ave. ; thence
southeasterly on a curve to the left having a central angle of 124°24' and a I
radius of 15 feet a distance of 32.54 feet to the north line of Rose Ave. ;
thence westerly on the north line of Rose Ave. a distance of 28.45' to the

Also, condemn and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes,
cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject
land or remainder thereof, occasioned by eaccavations thereof or construction

ordec of the Council known as Council Fiie No. 248466 approved
April 17, 1970 ig� relative to condemning and taking an easement in
the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of
lateral support from sub,ject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavatlons
thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bit�ninous
