WHEREAS, PAUL F. DESCH wss appointed as Deputy Comcnissioner
of Finance, per Section 188 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul,
as approved by Council Resolution 249247, adopted June 9, 1970; and
WHEREAS, said appointment as originally approved as until
September 15, 1970;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the appointment of
PAUL F. DESCH be continued as Deputy Commissioner of Finance, as
originally approved, at no additional compensation, until December 31, 1970
and shall retain his Civil Service position as Supervisor of Assessments.
