OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK C CI RES UTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE AiF RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of August 26, 1970, pertaining to the property located at 330 South Exchange, owned by Dwayne Rasmussen and Charles Jahn and described as : Except the Southeasterly 8' for alley, Lot 6 , Block 30, Rice and Irvines Ad- dition; waiving the requirement of Section 54.15 (3) of the Saint Paul Legis- lative Code th�.t no wood frame dwelling be occupied above the second floor for living or sleepin.g purposes except where the original construction provided for such occupancy, on condition that the stairways providing exit from the third floor be enclosed in a manner so as to conform with requirements of the Saint Paul Building Code, and on condition that no more than two individuals be al- lowed to occupy the third floor dwelling unit at any one time; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That said waiver be granted until such time as the property located at 330 South Exchange be sold or any other right, title or interest be transferred at �hich time said waiver be nullified; and be it FINALLY RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Register of Deeds.
